A Purrfect Groomer is a full-service: dog, cat, aviary and pocket pet grooming facility. Our business was established on July 15, 2006 and we have been members of the Chamber of Commerce since 2007. We were first place winners at the 2008 West Sacramento Best on the Block, educators at the River City High School career day and have been featured on the Fox 40 morning news.
Dana was a lead veterinary technician at the North Peninsula Humane Society from 1998 - 2000. While working there she witnessed first hand the importance of basic care for our pets. Dana moved on to emergency veterinary care at North Peninsula Veterinary Emergency as a veterinary technician from 2000 - 2002. From 2002 - 2005 she worked for a local Sacramento veterinary corporation as a veterinary technician that specialized in veterinary dentistry. Dana now is our lead groomer.

Alex was a state humane officer for San Mateo county from 1997 - 2002. He gained valuable experience handling a variety of cases involving: abandonment, cruelty, crime scene, dangerous animals and their owners. Our retired officer’s new home is behind our reception desk.
